Centre Co-ordinator in the AEC Sector

T3 Training & Development are a training provider delivering Apprenticeships & private training to the Architect, Engineering & Construction Sectors. We are currently looking for someone to ensure the efficient and organised running of our training centre reporting to the training manager. The successful candidate will be highly professional, self-motivated and confident individual, who has excellent communication skills with a positive can-do attitude.

  • Standardise / Develop Training Material
  • New Qualification Development
  • New Course Development
  • Awarding Body Approval & Maintenance
  • Pastoral support: Safeguarding / Prevent
  • Meet Ofsted Requirements
  • Sharing best practice between colleagues

Essential Requirements

  • Internal Quality Assurance Qualification, TAQA Level 4, V1, D34, D36, supported with Assessor Qualification – eg A1, TAQA, CAVA
  • Experience of AutoCAD
  • Level 3 qualification in Construction or Engineering
  • AEC sector knowledge
  • Full UK Driving License, own transport and flexibility to travel is essential
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise and multi task to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner

Preferred but not essential

  • Knowledge of E-Portfolio’s(One file)
  • Assessing apprenticeship through full Frameworks/standards

Apprentice Administrator Vacancy

We are looking for a self motivated individual to support a range of activities within our fast growing company. The range of duties will include a range of tasks involving administration, marketing, quality monitoring and development of new systems.

This is an ideal opportunity if you are a school leaver looking for on-the-job training. You will need to demonstrate your enthusiasm for engineering and a willingness to apply yourself in the work place.

Working initially as an Apprentice Technician, you will be exposed to various aspects of architectural and structural steel works.

You will develop skills in AutoCAD and other software and have the opportunity to undertake day-release education to obtain level 3 diploma in Design and Draughting & BTEC level 3 in Construction and the Built Environment.
